WHY??
Ok...major meltdown this afternoon. My DS is getting so big! I guess I have not noticed it until I put a hat on him and took a good look. He looks like he grew up overnight. I know this happens to all parents, I've been warned... guess I just didn't think it would hit me over the head like this. I know there are lots of fun things to come and memories to make, I just want him to be my little baby again-the one who would let me rock him, hold him close and not fight to get out from under my grip;) The one who didn't want to be so independant. I thought I had more time.

very nice picture...love the catchlight, the sepia tone that you used...and he looks so huggable...they do grow up so fast though...so we'll just hug them tighter everyday :)

Wonderful photo!! They do grow up so quick... that's why this whole photo thing is so important. When our memories fail, we're all have some gorgeous photos to help us remember way back then!

oh my gosh..that is sooo sweet. it is funny, i have a 7 week old and i'm going to try to cherish these moments just a little more now.. I know they will be gone so fast. :)

he's georgous! his beanie frames his chubby face perfectly. nice catchlights too! i know what you mean about growing up, i think my boy grew up right before my eyes and now i wish i'd taken more "everyday" pictures or just videotaped him more often. oh well. live and learn.
