"food" for my unborn. POTD 3.29.07

I've actually been taking prenatals since I was a senior in high school. I started taking them for my hair/nails because someone told me they would help them grow. Thankfully, I got really used to taking these horse pills, so it's not a big deal for me to remember to take them every day. If I do end up missing a day here and there I usually feel horrible the next day and take 2 (eventhough I know my body will discard what it does not need.)

Ever heard of the Bradley Birth method? It's pretty remarkable, I highly recommend it to my friends. You learn so much stuff in the class and by far, my favorite thing taken from the class is the nutrition aspect. I have a little chart on my fridge of what to eat daily for me and my baby. I went into my last birth feeling confident and most importantly...my DH felt he knew what he was doing and was able to talk/help me through most of the labor. That's probably more than you want to hear already, so I won't bore you with details. But...I don't fear birth or the oncoming labor anymore and if we took that class just for that...it was SO worth it.

I don't envy you those. That's one thing I didn't enjoy at all- why do they have to be so big???
I like how you chose to set up your shot. The black and reflections are great.

I like the pictures, very creative.
Good for you too. I was hesitant about an epidural on my first and on my second put it off to get on too long and it ended up not working (except for a tingly sensation in my toes). If we were to have another I would go naturally again.

I love the DOF on all - #1 especially. I took my prenatals faithfully, even though the size almost made me sick each and every time. Great shots all!

Great DOF on these Heather. Very pleasing to the eye. I think the last shot is my favorite. Looks like an ad. I do remember taking those horse pills. Why do they make all vitamins horse pills? Can't they compact the good stuff just a bit more?

Great shots! Love the pink on the black background. I never took the prenatals - too big for me & mad me nauseous. Instead did my regular multi, extra folic acid and very careful diet. Would have been more simple to do the prenatals! Congrats to you.
