Do tears in my eyes count? POTD 1-26-07
So...why can't all rooms of the house have this kind of lighting? I mean...ISO 100 and still get all the light you need? Amazing! DS turns 9 months tomorrow and it's incredible how time has gone by so quickly. He's becoming so interactive and fun to play with. Here...he's playing "peeky" with me, totally melting my heart! Not water today, just the water from my teary eyes;) Natural light, ISO 100!!!!!! Ap 3.2. This is one of those times where I have to put aside the perfectionist in me and go with the moment. Looks like my focus is a bit off in these. But...how do you like the lighting, is it too bright? I tend to blow out my whites in order to get that clean, fresh look:(

I could just gobble him up. He's SO cute! Enjoy every single second with him. Before you know it, he'll be 16 (like my oldest).
My only cc would be, it looks like your focus fell on his hand instead of his eyes, but hey!!! To get anything in focus on a 9 month old should be a framed masterpiece. :)
I know I'm emotional today, but that made me teary too. I remember these days so well. They are such a treasure.

IMO, I like that his face is a little OOF. The emphasis is the time in the crib, the moment, not his face particularly. just my .02

I too like my whites really bright. I don't think you are loosing clarity, so to me, it works.

I don't mind the face being a bit oout of focus - I actually kind of like it!
My two girls are 2 and 9 months, so I know what you're feeling. Keep clicking like a madman...the time doesn't go any slower!

Gorgeous, he's so adorable! The lighting is fabulous.
Makes me so sad that I will never have wonderful baby photos like of my kids, I didn't know how to take good photos when they were small. Enjoy every moment with him.
