Ok, this is our city wide Easter egg hunt...looks fun, right? It was FREEZING! I mean...WHAT on eart were we thinking, just look at my poor Andrew...his eyes are glassy from the cold. Obviously we were not the only ones who braved the frostbite conditions. Thankfully there was free coffee so all was not lost. There was an adult Easter egg hunt for 18+ and the winning prize was a trip to Cancun. Truthfully, that is why we went... Andrew just got to tag along. Well...I stayed with Andrew while DH braved the heard and unfortunately...he tripped and fell. By the time he got back up, ALL the eggs were gone. There were a lot of people who did not get eggs though, so he didn't feel too bad, just a bit embarassed and lot bit WET! I am glad I brought my cameras' coat for I don't think it would have survived the weather had I not brought it. The first two are of DS and DH and the rest are just some random shots I took, hoping to tell a little story for Andrew's baby book. This my friends, is Springtime in the Rockies!!

OMG! too fun! even if it was freezing...you got some awesome shots! so crisp and clear! Andrew is adorable as usual and DH just looks cold.

I LOVE those catchlights on the first shot! His eyes are GEORGOUS! And your DH looks like he's freezing...haha..too bad about not getting any eggs, there's always next year! :D

Love your pictures....looks like a lot of fun! We had a Easter Egg hunt at church but decided to have it inside since it was snowing profusely!! Looking at your pics makes me wish it was outside. He is SO adorable...love those eyes!

adorable shots. We cancelled our egg hunt this year... did other things for the kiddos inside the church though.
And I thought we had it bad here in MN w/temps hovering around the freezing mark on the way to church. I can't imagine braving the snow. Yikes.
