Ode to my Kitchen Aid! POTD 3.7.07

Ode to my Kitchen Aid
My Kitchen Aid is my favorite toy.
She brings me endless joy.
I like to make cookies, bars and treats.
Even mashed potatoes turn out sweet.
There is nothing my Kitchen Aid can't do.
I know she could run circles around me and you.
I feel she's given me a real start.
Kitchen Aid, you have stolen my heart.

As you can see....my Kitchen Aid makes my life much simpler. I've never been much of a cook/baker, but...have always wanted a Kitchen Aid. Last year for Christmas, my in-laws got me this fantastic item. I LOVE the texture of this one and it does not show any fingerprints! I can honestly say that I've been cooking/baking more often now. I know it's because mixing is no longer such a chore. I was inspired to take this photo because of Social Work Mommas (Sara) post about her daughters cookie mix. She mentioned her blue Kitchen Aid and the light bulb lit up above my head.

love your shots! i may have to copy your poem and give it to my kitchen aide! LOL seriously, love the angles and the clarity of your shots!
I write a lot of poetry, but I've never written about my kitchen appliances!! :) Could it be because I hate cooking? Hmmm, maybe I'll write about that!
It's so fun seeing what everyone posts in their blogs! These are great shots! If I were to have a Kitchen Aid, I like the colour of yours!
THESE SHOTS ARE FANTASTIC!!!!! I love my Kithcen Aid too!!! Makes baking a little bit more fun :)
Love the photos and your poetry!
Love the angles and your conversions.
Thanks for all your wonderful and very helpful CC! You're a jewel!
My kitchen aid sits on a self in my basement. I hate things on my counters. I'm weird like that. But I have to tell you, I was laughing out loud when I read your poem. Too cute. I am going to start writing a poem about my refrigerator. I've been inspired. What rhymes with refrigerator? Alligator? Elevator? Ice skater? Oh, this is going to be harder than I thought.
Love your photos and the poem is cute. I have thought about getting a Kitchen Aid mixer but don't know how much I would use it and if I would have a spot for it in my kitchen. I still use my old hand held mixer that barely works and emits a burning smell by the time I am done mixing the cookie batter! Do you think it's time for me to get a new one?:)
I Love the POEM!!!! It makes me want to write one. The convertions are awesome. THe angles too.
Thanks for the CC on my blog. Please feel free to hit me as hard as you want with CC. I will be reposting a new one with updates later. Thanks for the help.
