Hello Mr. Sun. POTD 4.10.07

Oh Mr. Sun, sun, bright and yellow sun,
won't you please shine down on me?
Oh Mr. Sun, sun, bright and yellow sun,
high above the trees.
All the little children are asking you,
won't you come out so they can play with you.
Mr. Sun, sun, bright and yellow sun,
won't you please shine down on...
won't you shine down on...
please shine down on me!
Ever notice how many suns are on children's toys? This is my Andrews piano that he unfortunately broke a week ago. He hit the keys so hard, that it caused a short in 2 of the keys. Now...the songs stop midway through. Oh well...he can still bang around on it and hey, perfect for the theme this week.
All shots taken with the 24-70L and natural light. ISO 400, Ap 4.0(seems to be a favorite of mine right now)

this is such a cute little pic. i like your different angles. so creative.
and i meant to comment on the icicles shots but i guess somehow i missed it. i think those were amazing!!! truly. i don't know how you are so used to the cold, better yet, how your camera can handle it. regardless, their detail and sharpness was very, very good!

Great photos today and the last few days!! I really like that middle photo but mostly I like that you provided three views for us to see what you see. That make sit very cool!

I have noticed that around here - maybe I'll try some of their toys as subjects. I love #2!

These are such a great take on the theme! Love the different crops and the vibrant color. How fun, we don't have any toys besides Legos left at our house, sniff sniff! Cute shots.
