Boo-hooing today...
Our dear friends relocated to Austin today and I'm super blue. They have a son who is A's age and are preggo with their second, due in July. We seemed to be perfectly matched and now...they are miles and miles away. You'd think I'd be used to saying goodbye coming from a military family, but it's not easy. We will miss them tremendously, but...we will try to get excited about a trip to TX this summer (I have not been back to TX since I lived in San Antonio years ago.) 
I decided to post a few pictures that make me smile, to try and ease the saddness. I rarely see my SIL laugh this hard, so when I looked at this shot, I just knew it would be priceless. The other two are of my ham of a DH, singing to the new Playstation 3 game, Rockstar that our BIL received for christmas. Hope they bring a smile to your face too.

We have lost so many friends to relocation, so I know how you feel. And it's not always easy meeting new ones! I hope you are able to stay in touch some way.

I live over 1,000 miles from family and friends. It is really hard to be away.. but we have gotten even closer. With blogs, emails, and unlimited minutes of cellphones and home phones it is way easier to stay in contact at all time :)

So sorry about your friends moving... I know from the other end of it that it's very difficult. We just moved 1600 miles away from our family and friends almost 1 year ago to the day. Hugs to you! :)
Looks like fun!! Sorry to hear your friends are moving away. Being military and all you think you would get used to it but I still never have. This summer 3 of our close couple friends moved away- bummer!! So hard starting all over. Hang in there!!
