Goodbye white lights.
We decided to replace our white lights with colored lights this year. I was not for it at first, but it has grown on me. It's fun to watch A point to the lights and know he's seeing all sorts of colors. What kind of lights do you have on your tree?

Its a pre-lite tree in white lights. I have red and gold everything on it and it is so pretty...wish you could be here to see it

I have white lights on a pre-lit tree. I love it, but now that I display it in a room with a 24 foot ceiling (new house 2006), my 7 foot tree seems really puny. :)

I have two trees, the nordic kind of artificial - they're skinny and similar to a real outdoors tree. Both have white lights. I tried the LED kind last year, but they were too 'purple' for my liking. I haven't had coloured lights in over 20 years. I'm THINKING about going coloured for my outside display next year. Gotta get some of those energy efficient LEDs and do my part for energy conservation!

Love the color and starburst effect of this shot! I have a pre-lit tree with white lights, but I wanted a little more color, so I added a few strings of red lights. We have the big old-fashioned colored lights outside on a tree and house.
