What FUN!

On a whim, we took A to the Denver Children's Musuem and had such a fabulous time. There was so much to do and lots of hands-on activities. It was the best $20 we've spent in a long time.

Can't remember the settings for every pic, but all were taken with 1000-1250ISO and around the ap of 2.8-4.0. SS was pretty low so I'm grateful for a super-steady hand. If you struggle with your steadiness, I have found having a battery grip can really help (especially for vertical shots.) All textures from textureking.com

Love the one of A in The Minnow. These are all cute shots. I like the added texture, so I'll have to check out texture king.

We used to take our boys to children's museums on vacation. We did visit the Denver museum and if I remember correctly, they had an outdoor area where the kids could practice downhill skiing. The boys loved it!

Hi Heather... I already left you a comment today but I had to come back and thank you for making my day! I have admired your work on 2peas for awhile...I lurked for a long time on the photo side. I am trying so hard to take my photos to the next level as well as photo shop and editing them. Your comments were just great! I am starting the process slowly of PB and then eventually my business...I just want to do it the right way. Thanks again for inspiring me and making my day! I tried to peamail you but it didn't work!

How fun! You really captured the day well too! It's been almost 2 years since I've taken the kids to the Children's museum... I really need to do that again soon! Especially since it's too cold to do anything else!
