A bit of storytelling today. POTD 5.31
Get a cup of Joe, sit back and relax. Here is a little story for today and it has to do with the theme this week, I'll get to that at the end.
Andrew took his first real tumble today. He was walking with his walker and the walker got caught in the grass. He fell over the walker and then, the walker fell on him. It happened so fast, neither of us could have prevented it, could only stand back and watch the event unfold. After he fell, he quickly searched for his daddy and wanted some comfort. Thankfully daddy was right there to help him through his first tumble.

The shot of DS and your DH is fantastic- Love it! Great story too!
Awww, such a cute story:) I know WE can't live w/o it but don't you wish THEY could:) I love that Dad was comforter while Mom was photographer;) Someone has to document right=)
Oh life! I'm sure you're proud of his hutzpah to get up and go again. What luck to be able to have been there with your camera on hand. It's a good life lesson documented.
Those are adorable! And the story is precious...We have had many tumbles already! DS loves to climb!
What a great story! Yeah Andrew... get back on that horse!! =) I love his expression in the last one. Great shots!

too cute and great story telling! I love the sunglass shot from the previous post too!
Awww poor baby! The shot of him hugging daddy is priceless, especially knowing the backstory. Thanks for sharing A's not so fun adventure with us.
Aww, I hate when they fall for the first time. Great pics, very colorful!
Your story is so cute and so is Andrew, glad he is ok though and daddy was there to comfort him.
Your banner is just like my pic, lol. did you take that at the Belagio?
It's so great that you were able to capture that story in photographs! And good for him for not giving up! I had a similar experience last night teaching my 7 year old to ride a 2 wheeler!
