A BIG mommy moment!
I knew this day would come eventually, it could not be avoided. Eventhough I knew it, it was difficult nonetheless...my baby was getting his first haircut. His big-boy haircut. We found a salon that specialized in childrens cuts, so we figured that would be a good place to try. We had no idea how little A would react to someone trying to cut his hair, but we were SO impressed with how he did. He was exceptional, didn't cry once and smiled several times. He got to watch Thomas the Train while in the little car chair, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. The stylist could tell I was a keepsake sort of mommy, so I got the little baggie with his curls in it. If you're wondering...yes, a few tears were shed. But my...look at my handsome little man! Isn't he cute sportin' his new do?
